Studio Viemage offers all services by appointment only.
Each project is approached with intention, care, and a commitment to thoughtful craftsmanship. The following policies are in place to support a clear and respectful working process.
All prices are listed in CAD and do not include applicable taxes.
Pricing reflects base service rates. Final pricing may vary depending on the scope, materials, complexity, and timeline of each project.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings, commissions, and atelier programs.
Custom commissions and design services
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin all custom garment, costume, textile artwork, and reconstruction projects.
Atelier programs, residencies, and apprenticeships
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your place in any studio-based program.
Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Custom commissions
The remaining balance is due prior to final delivery or pickup.

The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the program start date.
Consultations are available for custom garments, costume design, textile artworks, and mentorship inquiries.
A consultation may be required prior to accepting a project.
Lead times vary depending on the nature and scope of each project, as well as current studio availability.
Early inquiries are strongly recommended for:
• custom garments
• costume and performance work
• commissioned textile artworks
• time-sensitive projects
Rush projects may be accepted on a limited basis and may incur an additional fee.
All custom work is created specifically for the client and is therefore non-refundable once work has begun.
Changes to the project scope, materials, or timeline after commencement may result in additional fees.
Studio-based programs are intentionally limited in size to maintain the quality of the experience.
Due to limited capacity, deposits for residencies, apprenticeships, and workshops are non-refundable.
Participants are expected to commit to the full duration of the program.
Appointments may be rescheduled with reasonable notice, subject to availability.
Deposits may be forfeited in cases of late cancellation, non-attendance, or repeated rescheduling.
Studio Viemage reserves the right to decline projects that are not aligned with the scope, timeline, or creative direction of the studio.
